Why was my credit card charged more than once?   2006-02-27 17:42:43   Often times, if your credit card is declined, your credit card # and expiration date may have been accurate, but your billing information did not adequately match the billing information as known by the credit card company. This can result in an authorization being approved, but a decline because of a mismatch on the street address or the zip/postal code. These charges will "fall off" within a period of time and can be disregarded.

To avoid this problem, please make sure the billing information in your store account accurately matches the billing information as it in appears on your credit card statement.

If your card appears to be charged more than once, this may be due to one or more failed attempts to use your card. These charges were "authorizations" only and will fall off within a period of time. Please disregard them.
Why was my credit card declined?   2006-02-26 03:51:32   In an effort to minimize Internet credit card fraud, O24Store.com uses every method possible to verify the validity of the cardholder information of all transactions. The following pieces of information must be accurately provided:

1) Cardholder name must match that used in the billing information First and Last Name.

2) Street address of the cardholder must match that used in the billing information street address field.

3) Zip/Postal Code of the cardholder must match that used in the Zip/Postal Code portion of the billing information.

If your credit card is declined, please make sure all the above information is accurately recorded as the billing information on your O24Store.com account.

Finally, the credit card number, expiration date and CVV Code must all be accurate:

The CVV code (also known as the credit card verification or identification code) is a 3 digit number on the back of VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit credit cards (usually the last 3 digits on the signature panel) and a 4 digit number on the front of American Express cards.

Check to make sure your billing address matches that of your credit card. The name, street address, zip/postal code and CVV code must all accurately match that of your credit card account.
I tried to place my order and it didn't seem to go through.   2006-02-06 14:08:05   In addition to making sure the prices are displayed in US Dollars, please make sure to double-check your credit card billing information. The billing information you record in your 'account' must match the billing information of your credit card. The name on the card, the street address and the zip/postal code must exactly match.

Also, the CVV code on your card is required to minimize fraudulent transactions. Please make sure you accurately record the CVV # in your credit card details when placing your order. On VISA and Mastercard this is usually a 3 digit number on the back of your card (on the signature panel). On American Express this is a 4 digit number on the front right of your card.

We have received a few complaints like this. We recommend that when you check out you make sure prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars). This could help to prevent this problem.
